Qualified Staff – SACE Registered: Our educators are highly qualified and registered with the South African Council for Educators (SACE), ensuring that they meet rigorous standards of professionalism and competence.
Termly Staff Meetings: Our staff comes together regularly for termly meetings to collaborate, share insights and strategize for the continuous improvement of our educational programs.
Phase Meetings – Weekly or Fortnightly: To ensure effective communication and coordination, our staff members within each phase meet weekly or fortnightly to discuss curriculum, student progress and any other relevant matters.
Special Scheduled Meetings: In addition to regular meetings, we schedule special meetings as needed to address specific topics or concerns, ensuring that everyone is informed and involved in decision-making processes.
Individual Visits and Catch-Up: We prioritize individual attention and support for our staff members, conducting regular visits and catch-up sessions to provide guidance, feedback and assistance as needed.
Counsellor Checks: The well-being of our staff is important to us. We offer regular check-ins with a counselor to provide support and resources for managing stress and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Class Visits – Informal and Formal: Our leadership team conducts both informal and formal class visits to observe teaching practices, provide feedback and ensure adherence to our educational standards.
Book and File Control: We maintain meticulous book and file control systems to track student progress, curriculum materials and other important documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
QMS – Quality Management Systems: Quality is at the forefront of everything we do. Our staff is trained to adhere to our Quality Management Systems, which uphold high standards of excellence in all aspects of our operations.
Webinars: We provide opportunities for professional development through webinars, allowing our staff to stay updated on the latest educational trends, methodologies and best practices.
Departmental Meetings: Our staff members within each department convene regularly for meetings to discuss curriculum development, assessment strategies and other department-specific matters.
Guest Speakers and Workshops: We invite guest speakers and conduct workshops to provide our staff with additional insights, expertise and training opportunities to enhance their professional growth and development.
Policies: We maintain clear and transparent policies that govern our staff’s conduct, responsibilities and rights, ensuring a supportive and professional work environment for everyone.

- Overseas curriculum development.
- Engages with parents and the community ensuring overall school effectiveness and learners’ success.
- Serves as the educational leader and is accountable for the school’s performance and operations.
- Implementation of Quality Management Systems to ensure that educational processes, administrative procedures and overall operations consistently meet high standards.
- Meets with parents and learners to resolve matters of concern.
